Mr. Rakan Hathal Al-Faizi

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Abdulrahman Al-hussayen

Board Member

Holds a Master's and PhD in Law from Harvard University. He has served in senior leadership and advisory roles, with academic and professional contributions in regulatory frameworks, public policy, and governance. He supports the Board with deep expertise in legal structuring, compliance, and institutional governance.

Mr. Youssef Al-Yousefi

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at JOA Capital. He serves on multiple boards and has a long track record in private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments. He supports the Board with expertise in capital structuring, M&A, and growth strategy.

Mr. Khalid Al-Yaseen
